She specializes in women’s minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation procedures that improve the function and aesthetics of the vagina and vulva.

Hi, I’m Jen B, a Certified Medical Assistant and the Office Manager at Alinea Labiaplasty & Vaginoplasty Michigan. I graduated from Ross Medical Center in 2004. Since 2006, I have had the pleasure of working closely with the vaginal rejuvenation expert Dr. Hardas, along with a fantastic team of cosmetic GYN specialists. I assist Dr. Hardas with most of the procedures and am so grateful to be a part of a team that offers gold-standard care to our patients. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, cooking, and gardening. I hope to meet you soon!

Hello, I am Jen R, a Certified Medical Assistant to Dr. Hardas. I completed my graduation from Ross Medical Center in 2002. Since 2011, I have assisted Dr. Hardas in cosmetic GYN procedures like labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, and other vaginal rejuvenation procedures in Michigan. I am happily married, a Mom to three boys, and have a beautiful granddaughter. I truly enjoy working alongside an exceptional and highly experienced labiaplasty surgeon. Together, we take pride in helping many women achieve their functional and aesthetic intimate health goals.

Hello! I am Bethany, a Medical Assistant working with Dr. Mona Hardas since 2012. Following my graduation from Ross Medical Education Center in 2007, I started working here as a phlebotomist (drawing and handling blood samples of patients) before becoming a Medical Assistant in 2020. I specialize in the O-Shot® along with other cosmetic vaginal rejuvenation procedures. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I am grateful to be working in such a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, and look forward to meeting you!

Hi, I am Jennifer H, a Registered Medical Assistant working with Dr. Hardas since 2017. I graduated in 2009 from Baker College as an Associate of Applied Science. While I have been trained to assist Dr. Hardas with all the procedures, my specialty lies in the O-Shot®. Our personalized treatments offer life-changing results to women of all ages seeking to revitalize their personal health, and it’s a privilege to be part of Michigan’s leading vaginal rejuvenation clinic. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere here makes it a joy to come to work every day. During my free time, I enjoy reading and watching tv/movies.

Hi there, I’m Melissa, and I’ve been specializing in female rejuvenation procedures for the past few years. I graduated from Mott Community College in 2014 with an associate’s degree in Social Work, which allows me to provide excellent care to our patients. You’ll find me attending to all your questions regarding the procedures and pricing at Dr. Hardas’ office, so please feel free to reach out with any queries! Aside from work, I have been married to my husband since 2017, and we have two energetic children, a girl, and a boy. They keep us very busy and entertained! In the summer, we enjoy spending time with our family out on the lake.
